你现在用的是我们封好的接口，不是直接调bvcsp。   inputEncodeVideoData   VIDEO_DATA_TYPE_H264_EXTRA_ ...

也是调用的该方法：图传打不开
BVCU.getData().inputEncodeVideoData(mcu.getPUDeviceinfo().hDialog, data, size, stemp, IData.VIDEO_DATA_TYPE_H264_FRAME);
