Cannot Identify connected Connected Device in SmartEye Server

Hi,

We are having issues identify the Devices connected to SmartEye Server. This issue started happening after updating the MCP App to the latest version.
SmartEye Web App, Manager and Monitor software can now only display the model number and PU id in the Device information

When we login via the old version of MCP App it provides and stores the 'Account ID' in the "puinfo" table in database but when we use the latest version of MCP App this does not happen any more.
If the 'Account ID' is not stored in the 'name' column of "puinfo" table we cannot map which Device is associated with which account.

Could you please advice.

yes, that's right, that's what we designed.
this is done due to we want to enable alias name modified by manager.exe.

Ok, How do we set alias name via manager.exe.
Is manager.exe  same as SmartEye Manager software?
How can we now identify which User Account was used to login to which device?

This change has messed up our software. We were using 'id' and 'name' data to map User Account to Device.
How can we now determine which User Account is logged in from which Device?

There were two js interface to map between account id and device id in our user manager module.  Here is the document.

Thanks for the information.We just checked the documentation and function in the latest version of SmartEye Control Center and API. It looks like the functions you described does not exists in our local SmartEye Server Control Center.

We also don't see any new SmartEye Control Center updates available. When we call the function you suggested, nothing is returned.
Will you be releasing SmartEye Control Center update soon?

yes, we will push the new version to update server as soon as possible. before it, you can test those apis on 61 web server.

We tried to update using Server DN 61.191.27.18:8181 but there are no new updates available
Please release the updates to your update server or provide us the Setup file or WEB SDK of latest version

Thanks. Please let us know as soon as the latest version is available in Update Server.
Our development is currently stuck due to this issue.
