adb tools for VM780,
no special USB driver needed.
menu--->settings--->about,  continous click on "software version", will enter engineering mode.
enable  disk mode,  enter passwd: 99999999, will prompt success, and the button turns green,
click  dialup ,  enter  *#666666#*
run cmd on windows PC, enter,
adb device
adb install -r xxx.apk
