你好，目前导出文件默认存放在C盘 MPU_(执法仪id)目录下，先确定下C盘有没有生成这个目录

执法仪进入U盘模式后，挂载到电脑上的磁盘打开，截图看下

另外往C盘写文件需要管理员权限？试试用管理员权限运行上位机管理软件？
