I HAVE PROBLEM BECUASE THE HARDWARE DOES NOT RECORD ONBOARD. HOW CAN I CHACK IF SOMETHING HAWS BEEN RECORDED ONBOARD?

well, for those hisilicon+linux based devices, new file transfer protocol(none-FTP) is not implemented,
and old FTP based protocol in use, so more TCP ports needed,
9704~9714/TCP ports has to be enabled in firewall or router or in cloud.

Already opened but same error occour.
Failed. It say "Collegamento fallito" when i try to recover data from board.

I saw that the space on sd card it's finished, so it has recorder on hardware but when i search file form device nothing appear. How can i solve this problem?

Already done. Formatted but i can't find record onboard when i search files.

record on the device is done by default.
pls do  record search  from Device, pls note the date, you will find them.
well, one more hint,
pls format the SD/TF card by manager.exe

I have recorder on server , but i need also recorder on hardware. I put a 32gb inside but when i ask for record onboard nothing appear. How it's possible recor on server and also onaboard?
