Hello,

I want to change the language in the Helmet software, this guy gave me an english firmware file but he does not know how to do it. Anyone please help me how to change the language to english.

I was trying to run as administrator the flash tool it says scatter file not found.

Then after scatter not found i clicked ok and chose MT6735 Android scatter.txt file and this shows

close this error window , and show me scatter-loading file path in flash tool.

it may be that flash tool and firmware is incompatible

Now i can load scatter file on the flash tool. helmet is connected to computer via usb. but it is not downloading. usb driver is installed also. but as you see in the picture it is not downloading.

i already restarted helmet power, still same. changed usb port still same.
