I cant write number ID for new camera/
Which loading password?

you mean one of the body camera has no ID?
pls show us the snapshot on the screen.

when i add new camera ,i put on all field , after push "save",but not saved.,

hello, let's fix it.
connect the body camera to a windows PC via USB cable,
create a ID.txt, write a 6 digit to it, such as 123456,
save it.
copy this ID.txt to the root dir of the camera(U-disk mode),
disconnect USB.
plug the camera to the docking station,
done.
