face detection

I have a problem with configuration of face detection
I enable it (discern face), video is set to 1920x1080.
and now I am not able to add face in Face storage menu
I can select image but cannot save

in all_face folder I do not see any face I uploaded
olny some strange pictures

plese help me with this
