RTSP server install error

I'd like to install RTSP plugin to the server

but it didn't show RTSP server in the pannel
Please help me how to solve

Extract the files in the compressed package, and then put the files in CC_ Under the plugin folder, exit the server and open it again.

Please place the file in.. \ besovideo / server / cc_ plugin \ SmartEye_ In the RTSP server directory, exit the server and open it again。

thans for help, I successed to install rtsp server and connect with VLC, then It doesn't support audio transfer?
my VLC doesn't sound at all
