Need full access to the WB720 unit I bought to install test apps,  evaluate results, run proof of concept with clients.
All of the above is required to certify the product and place PO for quantity 100-300pcs initially, 1,000 within first year.
Please advise.

well, ok, dear brother,nice to see you here.
for access to WB720 via USB, pls try that USBManager and in fact, it provides a SDK for USB access.
and for VMS side, pls try that winformdemo and mfcdemo in CUSDK, it tells the calling sequence in CUSDK though the document in Chinese only.
pls post here if any problem met.

Yes I'll move forward as you suggested because it will be anyway useful, not as a first step anyway because there is an issue: reason of posting again my request here is that after a meeting with the client, I have to tell you  that my backup plan to show the system working with MPU and get it approved did not work.
I have to show to the client our App, that they standardized, running on the WB720, to have the d ice approved by the Procurement Department of the client's governmental organization.
So, without your help I'm in a deadlock: you need an order from me for 100pcs or so to teach how to install my App. At the same time I need to install the App and show it working, to be able to issue the PO for those 100pcs. This is why I wrote you i got stuck.
My technical request is for yo,u as an exception to your rules,  to put me in the condition to acces now  the O.S of the device I bought so that I can install the App.

I have a few technical questions. As already told, the client has his own command control center software (let's call it 'control room software' to be faster) and the only way to sell him the WB720 or any other device, will be to 'integrate' the new device in their system, i.e.audio video, gps coordinates for geolocalization, and alarm/emergency from the device  have to the managed by their control room software.
I I'd kindly need an answer for each one of the points below:
1. The only way to receive the audio and video and the gps coordinates,  sent by the MPU App, is to have the MPU send first to the Smarteye server, and then with the SDK and/or the OCX to get those data form the server rather than directly form the device. Is this a true statement?
OR, is it possible to get audio and video and gps coordinates directly from the device?
2. Can you confirm that with the sdk it is possible to get the list of the devices registered
3. Accesso to the live streaming: the document says there's a dialog box that opens for audio and video.
Actually I need to access to the raw audio and video streaming, a dialog box that shows them,  is it is useless to me.
On the OCX side, it is mentioned an access via rtmp and hls. The question is if it possible to get the URL for audio and video the same way as the OCX, also using the sdk.
Also, are there any other way to get access to the audio and video streaming of the device? e.g. rtsp?
4. Need a confirmation that the sdk contains the APIs to download the recorded audio video file from the server (this to feed the control room software of the client)
5. Emergency-SOS: these  alarms  are  sent to the server and can be downloaded with the sdk?
6. GPS positions (coordinates): with the sdk the raw data are available in realtime and as historical data? We need at least latitude, longitude, date/time

1) yes,right
2) yes, confirmed
3) this may be a misunderstanding, it's said a dialog used to request video&audio stream, it's dialog, not dialog box, here a dialog means a request.
    through this, you get the encoded av stream H.264&G.726, and of course, raw a/v data after decoder.
    about HLS and RTMP, they are different from OCX, a web server is needed on server side, e.g. IIS.
    and HLS brings about 8-10second net delay, and RTMP is not free now.
    RTSP is not supported now.
4) ok, our smarteye client is built on this CUSDK, so everything is supported, just released or not in that free package.
5) yes, you know, every data/cmd will be sent to server, and then dispatched to every client.
6) yes

Just one clarification for point no.1, that actually has contains two questions, so I cannot understand to which one your answer refers to:
1.a the ONLY  way for my control room software to receive the audio/video leone streaming and gps coordinates is through your Smarteye server
OR
1.b other than though your Smarteye server, it is also possible to receive those data directly from the device

Can you answer specifically which statement is correct, 1.a or 1.b
