hi, let me explain.
first, we call those 4G camera, 4G NVR/DVR/DVS devices, or just PU, while smarteye server called server, smarteye client called client or CU

the protocol from PU to server consists of "SIP+RTP", but not standard RTP, we modify it,
so you can't obtain standard RTP stream from PU directly, and so no address for RTPS.

and the way to get video data is using our smarteye client SDK on WINDOWS PC side,
the CUSDK is provided to allow you to obtain every video frame data from streaming,
there are CUSDK for C/S software, and WEB SDK(OCX and HLS ) for B/S software.

pls note, there are 3 branches,
CUSDK for C/S software
WEB SDK for B/S software, and one based on OCX, and another based on HLS(delay 8s)
and one more bad news, document in Chinese only,
so have to post here if any problem.
