标题: 偶尔触发的一个现象：断线重新登录后，视频对话结束后，不回调OnPasvDialogEvent
在测试WiFi信号不好的情景，假设设备会偶尔和WiFi断开连接。
情况1：设备重新连接上WiFi后，APP调用 BVSmarteye.getBVCUManger(context).login(bvcuServerParam, bvpuServerParam)后，返回的token必定小于0，多数token=-65536，但回调的OnSessionEvent（）中，必定命中登录成功的条件。


情况2：然后基于情况1继续运行应用，应用请求后台通话，当通话结束后，偶尔不会回调OnPasvDialogEvent（）方法，出现的情况不多

会监控网络连接情况，监控到WiFi重新连接后，重新调用登录。
