1.音频对讲需要https协议，默认端口9781
2.检查麦克风是否正常，可能没有获取到麦克风资源

是在https协议下，端口9781，麦克在设备配置页是可以使用的

28181接入的设备只支持音视频和对讲,不支持语音会议
