Hi,

We have many Groups and User Accounts created in our SmartEye system. Our SmartEye server have recently started having problem with connection stability with the C310A Camera. The devices goes Online and Offline randomly see the video in the link below

This connection stability problem starts to happen when we Login and Connect more than 10 devices to SmartEye system. It seems like the SmartEye Server has strict restriction or limit of 10 online devices or connections at a time.

We see the below message from the SmartEye Logs "[BVAA]count[11] beyond maxOnlineDeviceCount[10]". Is there a way to change this maximum number of connection limit?

Hi,

We are experiencing Live Stream stability issues again with SmartEye Web API. This time we are facing a different issue.
The SmartEye Web API is not able to load live stream from more than 6 C310A cameras.

We can load the Live Video from more than 6 C310A cameras using the SmartEye Monitor Software

We are using SmartEye Web API for our applications, we were able to live stream from 9 C310A cameras simultaneously before. Can you please advise.

Hi,
We have updated the SmartEye Web API to the latest version "webAPI_nginx.2021-05-26 16-31-04".
After updating we noticed that the SOS command and function of C310A camera does not work with the latest Web API

We are not able to receive the 'notifiy_event_source' message from Web API when the SOS button is pressed. Can you please advice if there has been any changes to this function.
If we are using the wrong command or function, please provide us the correct one.

After we cleared the browser cache, we are now getting error in the SOS function.
It looks the the SmartEye Server is not able to resolve the SOS command "notify_pu_record_status" command to SmartEye Web API

This is notification call back error, before when we push SOS button the server will return 2 message 2 web 1.notify_event_soure  2.notify_pu_record_status but now when we push then SOS button the server return only 'notify_pu_record_status' message.
notify_pu_record_status is mean camera recording video. if we can't get "notify_event_source message" we will not know the client push SOS button or recording video.

After our test, we found that the information of SOS alarm on and off is the same. Print as: Notify_ pu_ apply_ for_ opening_ Dialog. I will give feedback to the R & D personnel to debug this problem as soon as possible.

If we cannot get "notify_event_source" response from SmartEye Server we will not know if the user pressed SOS button or not
The "notify_pu_record_status" is to indicate the Video is recording and the video recording can be triggered using SOS and Video Record button, with this response we wont know if the SOS button was press or if Video Record button was pressed.

We need the SmartEye Server to provide us a response that indicate that the SOS button was pressed, like it did before in the old version

Yes, the problem is in the new SmartEye Web API "webAPI_nginx.2021-05-26 16-31-04"
In the old version everything works fine. The old Web API is able to detect the SOS button press in C310A Camera and send "notify_event_source" message via API

This morning we have tested the new version problem you posted, but the result is same with the old version, bug you posted is not exist.
I recommend you test the problem using the demo at http://host:port/demo/pushutdownrebooteventsource.html
or give us a remote desktop.

Hi, how can you say the problem does not exist without showing the working solution. Are you able to get the "notify_event_source" message from API?
We checked in http://host:port/demo/pushutdownrebooteventsource.html' and the result is the same, we dont get "notify_event_source" message

We are talking about the SOS button action in the C310A camera. When we press the SOS button in C310 Camera, we recieve the "notify_event_source" message via API.
I think the "notify_event_source" is not been sent when SOS button is pressed. Was this function removed or replaced with a new message? We dont get any response in any API for SOS button press in new API
I am not sure if there is a misunderstanding between us or if you are talking about the wrong function.

Wow. This is really surprising.
The person who remoted into our Server told us that it was a bug in the SmartEye system and now you are telling us it is designed this way. Thanks but we are not interested in paying for the bug fixes
