标题: 移动端主动发起图传监视器没有数据
移动端主动发起图传，监视器有时显示打开通道成功，有时显示打开通道失败。但监视器均无相机数据显示。
打开失败时如下图：

附件也是显示打开通道失败时的日志，开始日志可以从341080行开始查，改行意思为点击打开的操作。

删掉了一些无用log，现在是337700行

看日志，是设备不支持h265编码，换个分辨率或者换到h264
