操作系统xp，登陆外网服务器会闪退，错误信息如图

登陆内网，不会闪退，能查看到设备，应该是已经连上本地服务器了，但点击video，弹出提示“打开音视频通道失败！”，点击GPS，提示“打开GPS/TSP 通道失败！”

本地服务器只要有设备接入或者断开就会在                        m_OnGetPuList(hSession,puChannelInfo.szPUID,puChannelInfo.szPUName,puChannelInfo.iOnlineStatus,puChannelInfo.pChannel,puChannelInfo.iChannelCount,0);
处报错

你好，之前可能是拷贝的库文件不正确，或者是旧的库文件，导致底层的数据结构对不上

用VS2010运行MFCDemo VC++ Project  ,生成解决方案，运行调试，登陆，设备连接上，点击视频就闪退了

目前我们所用SDK 版本为libBVCU_G1A_20180423_1740， 请确认是该版本；
另外请问放置MFC Demo源程序所在的目录是否具有写入权限，无写入权限则无法运行；
如果确认了以上两点还不行，请把TeamViewer账号发过来，可远程协助支持

你好，MFC demo只是SDK的一个示例，不支持FTP操作，回放、串口和GPS数据流都是支持的
现在您的Teamviewer是否开着的
