Hi,

We are having an issue with the BVCU-SDK-Demo. We can compile and run the BVCU-SDK App but we are not able authenticate or login using the BVCU-SDK App

We are using the right User Account credentials. Please advise how we could login using the BVCU-SDK App.

We are trying to develop our own MCP app for the SmartEye server. I have a couple of questions about this Authorization process.

1- Do we need to request BesoVideo to Authorize a Device each time we install the BVCU-SDK-Demo?
2- If we create our own Android App do we still need to request for Authorization? This will be very inconvenient for users.
3- Is there any way we can avoid this Authorization process or could we Authorize the device or app ourself?

re: sorry,tony, not ok for now. but you may do auth yourself for example you buy some certain bulk of authIDs first.

Is there any discount for bulk license purchase? How do we auth app license ourself?

If we are purchasing app license, will it be possible for you to provide us the source code of MCP app so that we can customize it to our brand? BVCU-SDK-Demo functions are very limited

there is full function MCP SDK, full JAVA source code, C++ based protocol communition in lib .

I will share this information with my management. Just a quick question, is it possible for BesoVideo team to customize the current MCP app for our company? Is there any costs for the customization?

We don't want to change many things in the app just improve the UI and UX

yes, we're ODM solution provider, there is some charge on software custimization,
cost about 1000USD about to do change name, LOGO etc.

Thanks for this info. One. last thing, could you provide me the latest version of MCP apk file.

I know we can install the app and update but i want to get the latest MCP app APK file so i can provide the file to my team in USA.
