标题: ControlCenter.exe Crashing in Windows Server 2012 R2 [打印本页] author: jiwang time: 2019-3-26 21:05 标题: ControlCenter.exe Crashing in Windows Server 2012 R2 We continue to see more ControlCenter.exe crashing on our server. Is there a Windows Service that we can use instead of the application? A Windows Service will allow us to set it to restart the service automatically. The only time we know when the service has crashed is when we are not able to log in from the Smarteye client. From the error, can you tell us why the application is crashing?
Thank you author: jiwang time: 2019-4-19 02:00 Additional information for you.
When monitoring devices either using SmartEye Monitor or SmartEye Manager, we notice the JOVE camera now and then lose connection. We have to exit the recording application on the camera or physically turn off the WiFi and turn it back on before the SmartEye apps show the device is online. We thought this could be an issue with the camera but since we have two cameras from Jove including our own, chances that all three cameras do it at the same time is less likely. After reviewing the server when the camera lost connection, we notice the ControlCenter application crash as indicate above. After restarting the ControlCenter application, the devices reconnect automatically.
Again, can you make the ControlCenter application run as a Windows service, please?author: admin time: 2019-4-19 09:35
