Hi,

I connect helmet to total control but it is not logging in. Please see picture below:

i use IP address 115.28.79.237 and port 9702 but it is not logging in. I installed VPN also on the helmet, it is not logging in.

Now it's in different country where 115.28.79.237 is blocked. even with wifi is not working.

So what to do?

1. Smarteye server with IP address 115.28.79.237  installed on PC, and on PC installed XVPN , smarteye server can connect.
2. Helmet with ip address 115.28.79.237 , with VPN cannot connect.
3. Port 9702, and 9701 already allowed in the network.

Problem:

Helmet cannot connect with or without VPN. Smarteye server cannot see the helmet.

We are dealing with this problem for 3 months now and still not solved.

What we suggest:

1. Can you put playstore on the helmet software so we can download vpn directly.
2. Send us the CLEAR Process how to make our own server using our own IP address.

hello,
first of all, let's go back to no VPN involved, set the helmet camera to our server 115.28.79.237, 9702, this has been proved to be ok before, by wifi, not sure about 4G/APN?
then try VPN, you need to setup a smarteye server within your VPN private network, all in this private network including an android phone with MPU, the helmet camera, the smarteye server PC together with smarteye client.
make sure the network between those component is connected to each other before you run our software.

115.28.79.237, 9702, is blocked in the country where i am in. before it worked because i was in another country.

We dont want to use 115.28.79.237, 9702, can we put different IP and port on the helmet ?

We want to use our own LOG in details on the smarteye, we dont want to share the smarteye server with other people around the world. Is that possible?

yes, you may change LOGO of smarteye client,, or pay us to do software customerization.
